KSU is usually 9:00 am but today the actual departure was 9:07 I'll have to give them a lecture at the dinner table tonight. lol

We all ride at varying speeds so at every intersection we make sure the group is back together.

Naturally there is a whole lot of talking going on especially when you have two womens in the group. :)

A new couple to the group this year. Raoul, and Amanda. I hope I heard right on her name.

Navygator, out of San Diego. We only got to visit a little, but nice guy.

Okay the group is together, time to carry on.



I think this is just after I left the road, but that is another story. :)

I asked her if she wanted a taste, she said she'd wait.

No one else needed any so we carried on.

Of course those womens always have to check their phones. In a couple of more hours she'll figure out there isn't any service here.  Just kidding Dana!  :) :)

I was told the name of this canyon, but I don't believe it.

One of the group missed the turnoff and as he was making a u-turn he accidently dropped his bike and injured his hip.

Rocky is giving him a ride back to the motel and then will give me a ride back to his bike so we can get it back to him.

I'm taking a few pics while I'm on the back of the Rocks bike and I'm really hoping my prayer for Dale ride is still in effect!

Rocky says that LA caused this! Don't believe him, I rode with him all the way from San Diego and we never once hit LA.   :) :)

Doug and I have appointed ourselves as the North West contention of the Power Riders. It was Doug's turn to choose the ride and a fine one he chose. An absolutely perfect day at around 70 degrees and only three and a half clouds in the sky. This will be my last ride before I start pointing my front wheel towards home. While heading to Fishawk Lake, we came across this wreck. I'm not sure when it happened, but they are tired of people reporting it. Took a picture of the hay bales while there and got one of a hayseed at the same time. I was tempted. :) We're thinking it was probably stolen. Inside is full of trash. This Fishawk Lake security guy made us promise to keep this place a secrete. The lake was built 50 years ago but they didn't provide a means for the salmon to reach it. They are now building a fish ladder to fix that. This is where that overflow drain comes out. I have a feeling this small community has some dark secrets. Lots of old farm houses on these backro...

Finally I'm on the road again!   Hey Rocky, do you see the Rock men climbing the big Rock mountain?  :) I rode to Kingman first and Sherm and Craig joined for a ride to Chloride and breakfast at Yesterdays. We all have our individual preferences for breakfast. I decided to try their famous BELT sandwich. (bacon, eggs, lettuce, tomatoes) Long ride ahead so elected to make a short visit. That sign ain't true if you have a bidet! Sherm in front of his Rebel, Craig behind his wing. Sherm picked up (literally) a nice gift for Pat. I stopped to top off with fuel at only 33.9 cents per gallon, but alas the train beat me to it and blocked my access. Beautiful new fish hatchery at Lake Mead, but no water to be able to use it. Huh? Virgin tanks waiting for water from the Virgin River. Some of the native fish in the reservoir Some of the non native fish they plan to raise in the hatchery.
